Built from the floor plan's own numbers, with the long pond out back. Exterior style is a placeholder.
North isn't set yet, so the sun's direction is a guess.

About this model
What's real, what's a placeholder, and how to get around.
Source
Every wall, door, window, porch post and built-in comes from draft K's plan generator, so it matches the floor plan to the inch. Furniture is the same layout as the sketch, given simple heights.
Ceilings
Living room 12 ft with cypress beams about every 4 ft, kitchen and dining 11 ft, lounge and primary 11 ft, office and bedrooms 2 and 3 at 10 ft, halls, baths and closets 9 ft. The 16 ft glass wall lines up with the front doors, so the view runs straight through to the falls.
Exterior style
Modeled on the four exterior photos Michael's wife likes (modern farmhouse and cottage): white board-and-batten, with a sage option in the Sun panel; charcoal architectural shingles on the main roofs, with dark standing-seam metal on the porch roofs and on awnings over the gable-end windows; louvered vents in the gables; square white porch columns, white header beams and painted beadboard porch ceilings; wide white casings around black windows; stained wood front doors; a brick skirt and brick steps; dark bronze gutters and black gas lanterns. The massing is still a simple gable per wing, with the two bonus-room dormers over the garage. An architect will refine the roof forms.
Wide-plank heart pine floors, limewash plaster walls, honed white marble counters, a plaster hood with a brass band, deep green lacquer bookcases in the lounge, limestone in the wet rooms. These are the materials from the interior design pass. Added for the look of it, and all open to change: a white oak island with a brass footrail and three globe pendants, a ring chandelier over the round table, a marble slab behind the range, picture lights over the library, upholstered beds with tall headboards, painted shaker doors on the small rooms and the under-stair closet, steel-and-glass French doors from the dining room, painted baseboards and door casings, and art on the walls.
Lounge
The fireplace is a linear gas insert, about 5 ft wide, in a full-height slab of honed black granite between the two bookcases, with a floating oak shelf, a low bench hearth and a lit cove above. The wall toward the bedrooms is a feature wall: vertical oak slats on a deep green ground, lit top and bottom, with a walnut credenza and a pair of brass lamps. Note that the plan drawing still shows the fireplace overlapping the first bookcase; the 3D centers it between them.
Office
As Michael asked: a 100 in OLED on the wall shared with the dining room, with a soundbar under it, the L-shaped couch against the window wall with its return butting the desk, and no cabinet against the couch. The desk is a white oak slab on black steel legs with a curved ultrawide, a glass-sided tower, a lit keyboard, speakers and a headset stand, and a gaming chair. The couch move and the removed cabinet are 3D only until draft K is updated.
Bonus room
Over the garage, about 12½ ft up, under a vaulted roof with two front dormers. It's left open because one room or two is still undecided. You can walk up the stairs to it.
Yard
The long pond from landscape rev. D: the lap lane, the sun ledge off the porch, the beach, the wetland tiers, the falls on the front-door axis, the jump rock, the fire pit across the water and the overlook. The water is see-through now, with light caustics on the liner, a lane line down the lap lane and a school of koi that swims. The falls is drawn as two steps, with a header pool, a rock shelf, foam and mist. Added for the look of it: a built-in grill with stools at the outdoor kitchen, an old-brick front walk with brick steps, low path lights, boxwoods and white hydrangeas in mulch beds, and a row of crape myrtles along the drive. The live oaks with Spanish moss, the bald cypress, the tree line, the drive length and the street are placeholders, since the lot survey isn't in yet.
Scale
The gray figures are 6 ft tall. In Walk mode your eye is 5½ ft off the floor, you move at a normal walking pace, and the camera sees about as wide as your eyes do. The living room is 28 ft × 28½ ft with a 12 ft ceiling, and the whole house is 113 ft across.
Moving around
Outside and Dollhouse: drag to orbit, pinch to zoom, two-finger drag to pan. Walk: drag on the left half of the screen to move and on the right half to look. On a keyboard, use WASD or the arrow keys and drag the mouse to look. Walls stop you, and doors and the glass wall let you through.
